Stephanie Olin is a southern Californian native. She holds a Ryan single subject credential (with an emphasis in fitness) earned her BS in Physical Education and minored in Biology at CSULB. She was assistant director to a special pilot program for employee health and fitness in the public school system for almost 5 years as well an elementary PE Specialist for 2 of those 5 years. Then Stephanie went on to teach life science and health to 7th graders for 5 years and loved it.
She got married, had two children and home schooled her children from 4th grade through high school. Stephanie wanted to start teaching again after her children got out of high school and into college. She is has been teaching at Home School Family Ministries for the past 4 years and presently is teaching elementary life science and is the high school biology lab instructor.
Stephanie has always loved the great outdoors and enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, metal smithing and jewelry design, kayaking, photography and is an avid gardener.
